Goal #1 – Prepping Breakfast

So, about that goal, eating breakfast every day…
Yesterday morning I had this. Oatmeal with craisins and almonds. I also added a scoop of vanilla protein powder. It was DELICIOUS!

Today, I had oatmeal again, this time I prepped an overnight blend with steel cut oats, flax seeds, cinnamon, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries and a scoop of protein powder. Again, so yummy!

I think this breakfast thing could become a habit, but I gotta say, it’s definitely taking some planning on my part.

Who else is working on specific goals?
